1. The Promoter
The promoter of this competition is StarkEV Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13265539.

2. Eligibility
This competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over only.
Employees of StarkEV Ltd and Starkey Electrical Ltd, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally associated with StarkEV Ltd and Starkey Electrical Ltd or involved in the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. How To Enter
To enter:
- Comment on the post
- Like the giveaway post
- Sharing the post is appreciated, but not required for entry
Only one entry per person is allowed. No purchase necessary. Entries that are incomplete or violate Facebook’s community standards may be disqualified.
4. Prize
The prize is:
1x Seren EV home charger (model supplied with a standard polar white cover, subject to availability).
The prize includes:
- A brand-new Seren EV charger, supplied by StarkEV
- A standard polar white cover as default
Optional customisation:
The winner may choose to upgrade to one of Seren’s alternative coloured covers; however, this will be chargeable and is not included as part of the prize.
The prize does not include:
- Installation of the charger
- Groundworks, consumer unit upgrades, or any additional electrical work
- Commercial installation or installation outside the UK mainland
There is no cash alternative, and the prize is non-transferable.
5. Competition Dates
The competition will begin as soon as the giveaway post is published on StarkEV’s official Facebook page.
The competition will close once the post reaches 2,500 likes, or on 31st August 2025 at 11:59pm, whichever comes first.
StarkEV reserves the right to close the competition earlier or make reasonable adjustments if necessary, provided it does not unfairly disadvantage any entrants.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 48 hours of the post reaching 2,500 likes, or after 11:59pm on 31st August 2025, whichever comes first.
The winner will be contacted directly by StarkEV via Facebook. If the selected winner does not respond within 5 days, StarkEV reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees to have their first name and general location (e.g. town or city) shared on StarkEV’s and Starkey Electrical’s social media channels and website for promotional purposes. No sensitive personal data will be published.
8. Data Protection
Any personal data provided during the course of this competition will be handled in accordance with StarkEV’s Privacy Policy and current UK GDPR legislation. Data will only be used for the purpose of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties.
9. General
StarkEV reserves the right to:
- Cancel or amend the competition and these terms without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances
- Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or is suspected of fraud or misconduct
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Installation Requirement
The installation of the prize must be carried out by StarkEV Ltd or its sister company, Starkey Electrical Ltd. Installation by any third party is not permitted as part of this promotion.
If the selected winner declines installation by StarkEV or Starkey Electrical, or is unable to proceed with installation by our approved team, they will forfeit the prize, and another winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
No alternative prize, cash value, or reimbursement will be offered in this case.
